Site layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the photographs.
Also included in this new document drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend detailing distinct sections of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for boat shelters.
Further images released as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
